The difficulties in life can challenge us in many different ways (trauma, grief, anxiety, stress, illness, loss). Sometimes it can be hard to find a way to conceptualise the pain we are in. The exploration of body-mind connection can help us to understand our inner roadblock, self sabotage mechanism, old patterns and unleash our inner power. It is through our bodies that we identify and interpret sensations, feelings from both our internal and external worlds. The body and the mind are not separate and incorporating the body in the therapeutic process can lead to a complete healing experience.

My approach is to facilitate the holistic journey of the self which includes the body, mind and breath."

Stefania uses an integrative approach to therapy, working mainly from a person-centred and Body Psychotherapy while also integrating other approaches like Choice Theory, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Existential Therapy, Logotherapy, Multicultural Therapy, Yoga and Mindfulness techniques.
